Each wooden towel rack is constructed of pine logs which are skip peeled, meaning some of the cambium or bark is left on the logs, to give the rustic towel rack character. Each bathroom towel rack is finished in a clear catalyzed lacquer. It can also be finished in the honey pine stain, but keep in mind this will cover up some of the skip peeled cambium.
