Northwoods 6 Drawer Chest
The Northwoods log six drawer chest is one of our tallest pieces in the log bedroom furniture collection. The four bottom drawers are wide and deep, and the top two smaller drawers are ideal for storing socks and other small items of clothing. This pine log chest of drawers is constructed of logs that are clean peeled by hand, using a draw knife, which gives this piece a clean, yet rustic touch.
- All accent logs, handles, drawer fronts, and top are hand drawknifed to give each piece a rustic look
- All drawer boxes are solid maple with dovetail construction
- Drawers use side mount full extension roller slides that are rated for 100 pounds
- Aromatic red cedar lines the bottom of every top drawer
- Drawer fronts and tops are constructed of solid laminated strips of 1 1/2″ Ponderosa pine which helps to prevent warping and cracking
- Finished with moisture resistant catalyzed lacquer to protect the cabinet
