In both the North Woods log furniture and the Wilderness log furniture we offer log dressers, log chessers, log chests, log armories, log nightstands, log deacons benches, log mirrors and any other rustic bedroom furniture in different sizes and configurations. Aromatic red cedar is used to line the bottoms of all the top drawers. The North woods Collection is a clean peeled log look which means we use a draw knife to clean peel all the bark off the logs and to hand scallop the edges of the tops, drawer fronts and pulls. The Wilderness collection is a skip peeled log look which means we leave some of the cambium or bark on the logs and drawer pulls, but we still hand scallop the edges of the tops and drawer fronts with a draw knife.
